Hello Moon engaged me to quickly assess and modernize portions of their product experience ahead of investor demonstrations. Working alongside project managers and engineers, I evaluated existing interfaces, identified usability issues, and delivered a visual refresh that improved clarity, consistency, and overall product presentation. The goal was not a complete redesign, but a focused intervention that elevated the experience while respecting technical constraints and tight timelines.
Before introducing new designs, I stepped back to understand how users actually moved through the platform. I documented existing flows, identified friction points, and mapped key interactions across marketing pages, onboarding, staking, dedicated nodes, and dashboard experiences. This process helped uncover inconsistencies and provided a foundation for making informed product and navigation decisions rather than relying on assumptions.

The result was a more intuitive experience that reduced complexity while creating stronger alignment with Hello Moon’s evolving brand and product ecosystem.

The client dashboard required a more comprehensive redesign to support a growing set of features and user actions. I worked closely with stakeholders to redesign key workflows, account for edge cases, and define interaction states across multiple screens and components. Through rapid iteration and engineering collaboration, the portal evolved into a more scalable and user-friendly experience that could accommodate future product growth.

Working in close partnership with engineering throughout the process ensured designs were practical to implement while maintaining the intended user experience. The resulting interfaces delivered a more polished, cohesive, and scalable product experience across the Hello Moon ecosystem.
